boldstephiven.com is the informational website of Boldstep Hiven, an applied AI lab operated by Boldstep Productions Ltd, Accra, Ghana. Our products — such as WASID AI — are separate services with their own terms and privacy notices; this policy covers only this website.
2. What this website collects
This website collects no personal data automatically and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts — it does not profile or identify visitors, and browsing it leaves no personal record with us. It sets no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a single preference that remembers your choice on the cookie notice, so it isn’t shown again; it holds no personal data, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
3. Third-party services
To display its typefaces, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver them, your browser’s IP address is shared with Google. No cookies are set by us, and this is the only third party the page contacts. Google’s handling of that request is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
4. If you contact us
If you email us at info@boldstephiven.com, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share it, and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up.

7. Data security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS and ships with a strict security-header set. Any message you email us is held in our mailbox and handled with reasonable care. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
