Commercial & Research License
This document sets forth the proprietary intellectual property, commercial licensing frameworks, and academic research permissions governing Boldstep Hiven, WASID, HivenOS, and VERANT, operated by Boldstep Productions Ltd (“the Company”) of Accra, Ghana.
1. Proprietary Ownership & IP Protection
All software architectures, codebases, agent specifications, datasets, and visual brand apparatus (including the Sentinel Cell device) are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Boldstep Productions Ltd. The technologies are protected under the statutory laws of the Republic of Ghana, the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) intellectual property protocols, and international copyright conventions.
2. Informational & Evaluation License
Visitors to boldstephiven.com are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, and evaluate the public documentation, architectural outlines, and research whitepapers solely for internal evaluation or academic reference. No portion of the proprietary models, heuristics, Risk Intelligence Data systems, or agent systems may be extracted, decompiled, or repurposed for competing transaction anomalies detection or AI services without an executed commercial agreement.
3. Enterprise Commercial Deployments ($25k – $150k+ Tiers)
Commercial deployment rights for our core platforms are granted through negotiated Enterprise Service & License Agreements. Enterprise licensing includes:
- Production Run-Time Rights: On-premise, edge silicon, or dedicated sovereign cloud deployment.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): 99.9%+ availability guarantees, priority security response, and scheduled Metonic intercalary drift audits.
- Source Escrow & Audit Access: Available for Tier-1 banking, sovereign infrastructure, and regulated financial operators.
- Seat & Tenant Isolation: Every enterprise deployment, seat license, and autonomous agent fleet operates within a strictly isolated process, cryptographic, and memory boundary (Dedicated VPC or air-gapped on-premise). Zero cross-tenant data leakage, client-isolated cryptographic keys, and individual VERANT decision ledger partitions.
- Venture Architecture Boundaries: Each venture across the Boldstep Hiven ecosystem (WASID AI, 1LifeHub, Gonadoor, HivenOS, VERANT) operates under autonomous operational and architectural isolation, ensuring independent authentication realms, isolated data pipelines, and separate statutory liability scopes.
- Custom African NLP Adaptation: Fine-tuning for localized dialectal corridors and private organizational data.

4. Academic Fair Use & Citations
Independent researchers and universities (including partners in the Ghana AI Research Network) are encouraged to evaluate, cite, and discuss our public research publications (such as the WASID multi-signal epistemic triangulation framework) under fair academic use, provided complete attribution is preserved using the official BibTeX citations provided on our Research Hub.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
Except as expressly set forth in a binding Enterprise Agreement signed by an authorized director of Boldstep Productions Ltd, informational content and public demonstrations are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the Company or its officers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on public informational materials.
6. Governing Law
This License is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Accra, Ghana.
